[CrackBerry Question]

Hi,

I have a BB Passport and attempted to use Assistant but it is completely unresponsive to my voice. I have made numerous calls and video with audio so I know the Mic works. I have all the settings to ON in the settings list. Should i delete and re-download or am i missing something? Many thanks

Double check your language is:

• Installed and activated in the OS;
• Supported by BBAssistant;
• The one BBAssistant is set to use

For example, no matter how much Portuguese I talk to BBAssistant, my language isn't supported so I gotta use English when talking to my Z30.
