    bought new bb z30..bb world is not working..

    it says error..kindly close and reopen after sometime..i switch off the phone and restarted twice..still not working..

    tried opening music folder still no use.

    kindly help..

    z30, no option to pull batery also..

    Plug your device into your computer.
    Open the first app you downloaded to your computer from the link I gave you.
