[CrackBerry Question]

my bbm have stopped working - clicking on the icon to launch the app just generates a screen flash and nothing else....
all other apps are working fine
the bis subscription is alive and working fine for browsing etc.
I have updated both messenger and BB Id without any problem
the internal memory is about 10Mb
removing the battery and restarting does not help
I then deleted BBM from the application menu system - no problem was reported and it freed about 10Mb of additional internal memory
restarted the phone
as expected the BBM icon was no longer on the phone
went to AppWorld to re-install...but upon selecting the app, it tells me that the BBM is 'installed', and so doesn't give me an option to re-install...

what now ?

Did you just restart the phone, or do a battery pull? Removing the battery clears more data out then just a restart.
