    Since the automatic upgrade on my Z10, I can't get into my apps or my settings, can't connect to wifi, and the phone looses signal continuously. I have to keep on rebooting the phone. I deleted my Backberry Link in the hope the drivers will install itself when connected to the PC but nothing happens and now I don't have a back up.

    What to do?

    Your help will be greatly appreciated.

    What you need to do is download the OS again and reload your phone.

    Download the files you need, unzip the file, close Lnik, cable your phone to the PC and click the exe of the file.
    reload the OS and see if things improve.
