    Hey guys!
    Just got my Blackberry Q10 Unlocked yesterday! Pretty great phone. I am satisfied with it though. I still use my HTC thought. Now yesterday while talking to my friend. His incoming voice was loud and audible but now whenever I call someone. The incoming voice is hearble! but low...

    Any tips? :/

    weird, try the volume buttons. Sorry that might sound like i'm trying to be funny, and it is kinda funny, but sometimes you gotta apply Ockham's razor. Sometimes my friend who often complains about how she can't hear my voice and i've learnt to just ask her to hit her volume up button, works for her! I know it sounds silly, but just give it a shot maybe?

    tried increasing the volume during a call?
