    Because your carrier hasn't released or approved it yet. It's up to them.

    I wonder why is blackberry so lazy at pushing the updates.
    Apple released ios 8.3 yesterday night, I checked in the morning and got the update right away on my ipad.
    These are one of the small things due to which people prefer apple and android instead of BlackBerry.

    Read the post above yours. Apple is the only MFG that can push their own update without the carrier first testing and approving and then the carrier has to push it.

    In india it isn't carrier bonded I guess. It should have been pushed directly to consumers.
