Hi. I just bought a new Passport and noticed the volume up key does not feel as tactile or give a distinct click noise like the volume down and center key does. I am not sure if this is normal or if I should exchange.

    Thoughts?

It almost looks like it does not stick out as far and like I said does not give a click noise.

I would exchange it. All three side keys on mine feel the same, and provide a nice distinctive "click".

Does it function correctly? As in does it turn the volume up? Not sure you can return it on the basis of it not clicking as long as it still works

If it doesn't have a nice click sound it's defective and you should get it replaced asap
