    The problem started with my phone losing battery power then BBM stopped functioning properly. I received a new phone which solved the battery issue but not BBM. I received a new SIM card but the problem persists. BBM occasionally works if I hard reboot my phone, which is rather a pain. My mobile provider won't help unless I uninstall and reinstall BBM but as it's hard wired into the Z10 I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any suggestions?

    Hold the top buttom and do not let go till you see the BB loading screen. Ignore on screen prompts to reboot/shut off.
