    My Passport was lying on the coffee table after a telephone call, I went to pick it up for another call and it looked like the phone was dead, tried to recharge same but nothing, it just seems to have shut down or switched off of its own accord.. Really handy for a "business cell phone"...

    Strange . Never experienced on my device . Try charging for sometime and if nothing happens take it to the service centre .
