    I have a Blackberry Priv on contract through Vodafone. Today I had a notification that the Marshmallow update was available to download. I did as instructed and went through the download process, despite this my phone is still showing the system is operating on Android lollipop 5.1.1. Has anyone else had this problem?

    But did it go through the install the process? If not, go to system and check for updates again and see if there's an install / verify button at the bottom.
