    The BlackBerry world doesnt work it says loading but goes on forever there is no error message.
    There is no BlackBerry world option in music or games folder and sometimes just sometimes if we go through an external source like softonic then it opens but nothing can be downloaded I press the download button and then nothing happens.
    It's a z10 with the new 10.3 os
    Help!
