    After downloading bb link, i tried to fix my z10 bberror 0015... everything seem to work fine until the extraction process where my phone turned on and the process stopped and It keep on turning on during extraction.. What to do? Can someone help?

    Keep your phone connected to BB LINK and try a hard reboot of your device while connected...hold power button down for 20-30 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo reappears.

    If that fails you will need to use an autoloader.
