    My Z10 speaker is toast so I am doing a final back up before getting the passport. When I click on video on bby link it shows the videos but if I try to play one I only hear sound, no image. I really want these videos as they are of my kids. So I am stuck with a phone thta isn't working until I can figure this out. Thanks

    Have you tried dragging your videos to your PC and trying to play them there? Not syncing them..but dragging and dropping them?
