i have updated my Blackberry Z10 to software 10.3.1.1581. Now I dont get service and it will not charge the battery. I have wiped the phone twice and pull the battery and no change. I am on a Rogers network. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reloading the software through blackberry link
i have tried reloading through link and still no change

Same here - wiped twice and reloaded through BB link. Still nothing. I'm on O2 (UK)
