[CrackBerry Question]

Hi Crackberry community,

PLEASE HELP !!! I'm so much worried

I got BB Z10 few days ago. The power button worked fine and I was able to turn it ON and OFF (with the help of power button). But for last 2 days, the power button works fine while I'm turning the device OFF. But my BB Z10 does NOT turn "ON" even if I keep the power button pressed for 10-20 seconds.

** I installed some apps after getting the device. Some apps might be the issue, but I'm NOT sure ** Please HELP!

Then I have to do a battery pull, and the device starts automatically as I insert the battery again.

The OS version of this device is: 10.2.1.3062

Delete all your recently downloaded apps, hard reset your phone by pressing volume up and down buttons together until BlackBerry logo comes up.
Then download your deleted apps one in a day and see which app is the root cause of the problem.
