    Whenever I type an email or text with my Q10 Balckberry cell phone, the hidden symbols keyboard pops up whenever i pass over the symbols key in order to type an m or n. I've been told by my provider that this might be a software or keyboard problem. The warranty on the device expired on July 9. Any thoughts on how I should proceed? Thanks.

    You may have a hypersensitive key... best bet is to create a back-up and reload your OS to test if it's a software problem. If problem persists it's probably a hardware problem and you should get the keyboard replaced (not expensive I've heard)
