    Very common fault with the Z10. The pins break off easily in the sim card bay. Especially if you use an adapter.

    Ah.. I would assume that it is not repairable then? If so it's a pain as I could do with the storage!!

    Its easily repairable. The sim card bay is replaced. You could even do it yourself. Search youtube for a video. I sent mine in though.

    I think he meant sd card. In which case, make sure to use a class 10 card from a good manufacturer like SanDisk.
