I have a Blackberry Z10, with release 10.1.0.2019. When I check for updates, it tells me I have the lastest software, which does not seem to be correct as of today 7/29/2015.

    My carrier is ATT.

Gross lol, you are way behind. You are missing out on a lot of cool new features, improved app support, and better battery life. I would remove your sim then hook up to Link before checking for software updates for the latest official version. My Fiance's Z30 on ATT recently got pushed 10.3.2.2xx (which surprised me since it has an ATT sim), so you should be able to at least get that.

Also, you can check the leak forum for even newer versions if you're feeling brave. I am still on 10.3.2.680 since it has been the best for me, but I think there are a couple even newer releases now.

Try hooking it up to BB Link and checking for the latest OS from there.

Having an AT&T SIM in your phone has nothing to do with your update schedule. If your phone was originally locked (branded) to another carrier, they would be issuing your updates based on your IMEI or PIN. If it's factory unlocked (Shop BBerry etc.), then BBerry itself. But DYI seems to be your best bet at the moment.

Wow that OS is an antique now, don't update it, it could be worth a lot of money. Lol.

I'm on Att. I've been getting the updates as scheduled. This version is the latest for Att. I just got this update a few days ago.
Why does my Z10 claim to have the latest software, but it is 10.1.0.2019?-img_20150801_053321.png
