In any case, it's likely an MMS message.

Try to reboot your phone. If you can't see it after that, ask sender to send again.

Check that your APN settings haven't been changed somehow, or that your provider hasn't changed their APN server settings for MMS messages.
In Feb 2024 it seems telus made changes...

you'll have to adapt the android settings instructions for Blackberry 10 settings . It seems only 1 setting "Proxy URL" may need to be changed in this specific case. Telus's MMS Proxy and MMS Port should be combined and separated by a colon and put into the blackberry setting at: "Proxy URL" . something.something.something:#### (see the telus page for the details https://www.telus.com/en/support/art...r-apn-settings).
