    I just love BlackBerry 10.3.1 but when somebody calls me it goes automatically on the silent profile. I tried multiple things, uncheck the flip to silence option et cetera.

    Does anybody else have this problem and know how to solve this? Thanks! :-)

    Just a question: why did you answer this question when you don't have a solution? It does not sound right. I asked this question and just need a proper answer and fix to this problem.

    Can you be a little more specific. Does the phone never ring? Have you tried reseting the notification settings for the phone app itself?

    When someone calls me I don't hear any sound anymore, It goes automatically on the silent profile?
    I tried resetting and nothing so far. Still missing important calls.... Hopefully BlackBerry does something about this because many people use BB for work!

    Have you tried a hard reset?
    Does it switch profiles? Eg- Normal profile before call, changes to Silent profile after call.

    I did a hard reset, checked my profiles, and I wiped my device and it is still happening.

    The profile I have is normal but indeed it switches automatically to the silent profile when I get an incoming call.
