right from the purchase of my bb passport I am experiencing a feel of vibration on sides and top of the phone when I touch it while charging . Also the phone gets heated too soon within a small amount of time so battery discharges very fast.
has anybody faced the same problem. can anyone rectify the problem

Feeling 'vibrations' when touching your phone is a sign of a broken isolation. What you are feeling is electricity. You should let somebody fix your device or get new one!

Update or reload OS. Give it a few days to index. If problem persists send it back for warranty.

What type of charger are you using?

If it's not the factory charger make certain the voltage output is not too high.

Are you using any Android apps? If so delete them and reboot phone.
    Check if problem resolves.

Do you get the same result if it's a USB charge or an outlet charge?

    Which OS are you using?

It's the insulation at home. The wiring at home is not earthed properly... get your house wiring checked and I am pretty sure you will find some current flowing into the earthing port

If you are not getting the same result with a USB charge it is possible and has been suggested that your electrical ground is at fault.
Use your USB charge only and have your electric circuit checked for improper ground.

Yes it will damage the phone... you can use two pin plugs provided grounding is good... if grounding is not good three pin plugs will not make any difference
