[CrackBerry Question]

Bought a new Blackberry Z10 four weeks ago. The phone freezes up after using the "phone" tab. None of the controls will respond. Always have to remove the battery and restart. Screen also flashes on and off when making a phone call. Can you help?

The screen flashing is probably due to the proximity sensor. If it's doing it while there is nothing in front of it then it's probably faulty. Definitely try updating the OS before throwing in the towel

Yep, try to wipe and reload the OS (which is what your carrier or BB will have you do, if that doesn't work, return the device as it may be faulty.....
