Since I installed the 10.3 update my new emails are only coming in after I restart my phone. I have "use push if supported" turned on and I have "sync interval" set to 5 minutes.
Any suggestions?

Hmmmmm.... No issues here with my Z30. Maybe try deleting and reinstalling one or more of the accounts. Even farther, delete the account, reboot, reinstall the account, reboot again.
If that fails come back and let folks know what you tried. There should be a solution.
