    OS is up to date. Ran update and it tells me that my OS is the latest, 7.1
    Music is on both the SD card and internal storage. Pushing any button does nothing. Have to pull the battery to get it to come back to life. Upon waking up, the battery is at the same level before it died. It seems to only happen from songs in a playlist. Thank you for any input
