    sometimes my blackberry z10 will stop working. it will let me into massages but sometimes it wont show any massages and act like I don't have any contacts just numbers. I usually have to restart my phone 2 or 3 times before it will work right again.

    it could be related to the OS you have on your phone. When was the last time you reloaded the OS and cleaned up the files on your phone?
