after i on my black berry q5 and insert my password my phones resolution automatically becomes bigger : can any one helpme.??

Well the screen resolution itself doesn't change. It's always 720x720.

Do you mean the font size? Like the words are all bigger?

From Hub or home screen, swipe down from top of screen and tap Settings in your Quick Settings menu. Tap Display, maybe 5-6 items from top depending on your OS version.
In Display page, tap the Font Size bar and select a smaller size from dropdown.

You can try a device reset too. (NOT exactly the same as a restart.)

Hold down your top button for about 30 seconds. Keep pressing it down, ignoring onscreen countdown and restart option, BB splashscreen, and black screen. The red LED will turn on. As soon as LED turns off, release the top key.

Was anything better after that reboot?
