    When i plug my z10 into the computer and open bb link it says i have lot's of space. 7gigs or so. When I look at my device manager it says that I have only 1 gig left. Why the difference? Is there huge amounts of untapped storage space on my phone that I can't get at?

    Try a hard reset, it might free it up for you.
