    Keypad on my BBQ10 is impossible to type on. Types io istead of letter i and the letter o is always upper case

    I think the rubber bit behind the keyboard is not depressing properly.

    How old is your phone and is it under warranty?

    Does it insert the o when you hit space or prior to hitting space?
