[CrackBerry Question]

i interrupted my bb z10 during a security wipe and since then i have been trying to get a new os via bb link. yet the bb has refused to connect to my pc and shows me battery empty.

You have likely corrupted the device.

Connect the phone to your PC and open BBLINK. While connected try and force device recognition by doing a hard reset...hold the power button down until the red LED flashes and the BlackBerry boot logo reappears. This may allow Link to recognize device and you can then do another wipe and hopefully be able to update the device.

If this fails you will be best served with the use of an autoloader for your specific device model.
