    My phone about 20% of battery, i look at it and without charging it, it says its fully charged. When i try to charge it, it comes up with the plug and white charger bar. Then, after using the 20% i know i have it dies and i have to charge it again

    Because its a lying little jezzebelle! Actually I think you just need to recalibrate the battery. Or if you purchased a third party battery, you are stuck with bad battery reporting I'm afraid.
