BB Playbok only starts and remains at the first step, when I can see the names Blackberry Playbook..., and the floating bubbles... It doesn't work beyond this. what it has to be done?

Hello and welcome to CB. How old is it? Do you have desktop manager installed on your PC or mac?
Are you sure you're waiting long enough? Because the PlayBook takes ages to start up. Give it a few days to start

Has it worked before? I would connect it to a pc via usb with BDM open
