Older emails keep disappearing. Refreshing doesn't help. Is this a problem for anyone else, and what's the solution?

It is likely the sync timeframe. To adjust this go to Settings > Accounts and select the account you wish to adjust. Tap Advanced at the bottom of the screen. Under "Sync Timeframe", choose how long you want your messages to remain available on your device. ***Note that you should probably be on WiFi if you choose "Forever", as all your messages will start to sync back to your device.

Hello, thanks for your response. I have two email accounts on the phone, and both are set for 30 days. Even after changing the timeframe to "forever", no new messages were loaded. Also, both accounts only show messages up to Dec. 23, yet the synced playbook shows all the messages........any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated!


Update.......looks like I jumped the gun......messages are being loaded.....many thanks for your help!

I lost emails on my hand set from today while they're sitting in my Web mail. How do I get those back on my hand set? Second time this has happened.

I just removed a couple of spam emails from Web mail today and on my BlackBerry all the incoming emails from yesterday and today disappeared. WTF! BlackBerry is really sucking eggs!!
