    Hard to say. Have you restarted the phone lately? Is your carrier detecting the device on network? Does your phone detect at all that a call is coming in or as you stated "directly to voicemail" with no indication at all?

    Also a possibility, you might have the "forward all calls to number" on within the phone settings.
