When I dial, no ringtone out. Call is connected, and they can hear me but I can only hear them if on speakerphone. Same with incoming calls. Phone rings but I can't hear what they are saying. Volume set up high. Any ideas? Thanks

well one of two things. Software or hardware. They updating or reloading the OS. See if that helps.
