Just finished the extra long update and install on my z10 clicked to restart as prompted and hasn't come back on, only blinks 2 and then 4 times red with no signs of life, what do I do? And will I lose everything?

Just finished the extra long update and install on my z10 clicked to restart as prompted and hasn't come back on, only blinks 2 and then 4 times red with no signs of life, what do I do? And will I lose everything?
I held the top power button on my Z10 until it rebooted, didn't lose anything, however had to change around my mobile network settings.
