    i have bold 9900, when i reset it, it shows mobile hotspot option.
    but when i restart it even once, the mobile hotspot option is not there
    updated and downgraded the OS, but still the same issue
    some body help..........

    Have you been able to reload your OS so this choice shows on your phone? Or is it simply a reboot that will fix it?
