Why... don't know, did you install an update? new app? drop your phone?
Have you rebooted?
Remove you SD Card and then reboot - test and see if any difference.
Backup your phone, and then do a security wipe - test and see if any difference, if so you can try a restore.
Reinstall the OS would be the option of last resort - or what I'd do first using the latest leak for today.
