My 9720 stopped working. It was old and malfunctioning anyway, so I got a Q10. Was able to use BB Protect to move my data to the new phone. Except that my notes didn't make it. Tasks, contacts, calendar entries, everything except the notes. I can still see the backup files from the 9720 on the Protect website, but can't seem to use them in any way. What are my options?
