Dear expert, I upgraded my Q10 os to 10.3 using autoloader. During the process there was a message said data in SD card will be encrypted and save in other device. after that there was a command to format the SD card if it going to be used. where is encrypted data stored ? and how to retrieve back ?

    thank you very much

Autoloaders wipe your device, and with it the keys to decrypt your SD card. I'm afraid your only option is to reformat the card and start over.

To the best of my knowledge the data is lost. Decryption depends on having the original device. Wiping by autoloader took away the identifying data. Format gives you a clean SD card so you can begin to reload.

As sedalia says: an encrypted card can only be un-encrypted with precisely the exact device it was in when encrypted. This means that before you wipe a phone or install an OS (even if non-destructive) you must un-encrypt the card first. Sorry, but your SD card data is lost.
