[CrackBerry Question]

I just downloaded all my recent pictures and videos to my desktop (Windows 7), and NONE of the programs will open/display/show/play any of the photos or videos. They appear to be normal mp4 and jpg files, and I can see them just fine on the phone, but the downloaded files will not open in any programs. Some programs give error messages (like Codecs), others just sit there and do nothing. What's the deal? Is this a result of the automatic update from a couple weeks ago?

(I was able to e-mail a couple of the pictures and open them just fine after downloading them off the e-mail message, but the videos are too large to send by e-mail or text, so the only option is to download, and that's not working.) Help?!
