Bb Q 10....When I open the clock app, it is blank....the alarms are still working but it seems that maybe when I have hit the snooze it made the whole thing disappear! Help!!

Sounds like you need to restart your device (hold down the up and down volume keys until the word "BlackBerry" appears.
