Why can't I use my internet in my BB Z10?

hello
im from morocco i had bb z10 and 3g invoce card, but i couldnt use the interrnet for more then 6 months.
iwentto the company of telecomunications and i ask about that and they told me its impossible in blackberry and oif you wanna use your internet 3g you need to pay for the bb services here in morocco.
or change bb to nokia or sumsong
but im in love with bb

any help ?

They are wrong. BB10 phones can be set up just like any iphone or android device and it will work just fine
