    Everytime I try to update, the update interrupts on the second stage complaining of insufficient memory. It keeps doing this even after a security wipe.

    Use BlackBerry Link from a computer, the OTA Updates system on BB10 is bodged to hell.

    I don't have any problem with OTA. My problem is I have run out of space as the Z30 is only 16gb not enough for my profession. I need all touch with no less 64gb. Since there will be no Z50 I may go for Note 5

    Try Web update
    Open BlackBerry website on the window explorer, connect your device. Follow all instructions.

    You could get an SD card to offload media files and other non-application related data to in order to increase your space on the device.
