    Bijoy,
    Hi,I an bijoy.I use BlackBerry q5.i wanted to update my recent software from10.1 to 10.3.

    In my phone is shows that 10.3 is available for my BlackBerry. It's size is 1.6 GB.but when it is almost completed, it shows that. You need 2256mb free space.but my phone memory was 3 gb free I tryed via wifi.

    So, in this case what should I do.plz plz plz plz help me.I badly need to update my BlackBerry q5.

    Probably the installation size is bigger. You should start with moving your files to the SD card and deleting unnecessary apps/apps that do not have any data. You could also back up the apps through Link and delete them all.
