    I upgraded the OS from 10.3.1.1151 to 10.3.2.2836 via WiFi. After upgrade is completed it asked to restart the device so I did. But I could't type the password (no character showed up) both with physical and virtual keyboard. What should I do? Fyi, this is my first ever BB device. Please advise. Thanks. -Dian-

    Doesn't Matter
    Have you restarted it by holding the power button?

    If the reboot doesn't solve your issue connect to BlackBerry Link on your PC and reload the OS again.
