I bought this phone refurbished and can't seem to turn on the BlackBerry Protect. I have gone to their web site but it says that the phone might be associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Does anyone have the same problem, and better yet, can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Have you changed the OS or wiped the phone since you got it? Did it come from a BES environment? I mean, my phone is a personal one and when I load a new OS i can activate BB Protect. Seems if you are getting that message maybe the phone was managed by an IT dept?

I wonder if a reload of an OS would solve your issues. It would wipe and install a clean copy of the Operating System....

OK got it fixed. Here's what I did:
Signed in to BlackBerry Protect site and deleted my account, went to my Z30, turned on BlackBerry Protect and it worked, went in to BlackBerry Protect account again and everything is working. Hope this helps everybody.
