My Z10 has be compromised and i had to switch to a spare BB Curve 8520, I am trying to setup my emails and i keep getting the response "unable to set up email, please try again. How do I fix this.

Do you still have a BIS account provisioned from your carrier? This would not have been necessary on your Z10 but will be required to setup email on your 8520.

Perhaps instead you'd like to talk more about how your Z10 has been 'compromised'? We may be able to help you get that sorted more easily then calling your carrier to change plans.
