When I try to remotely access my files from the Q10 device no files are shown. It is all setup fine, files have been selected on BB Link. Why can't I see my files?

You need to provide more information. Which phone do you have? OS version? Is your computer a Windows or Mac machine? What version? Are you trying to access files when you're on the same Wi-Fi as your computer or away using cellular? Do you have a firewall? What version of BlackBerry Link do you have installed?

Thanks for your reply. I am using a Blackberry Q10, v 10.2.1.1256. My laptop is a PC using Windows 7. I am trying to access files while on the same Wi-Fi. I have no firewall installed. Blackberry link is running version 1.2.3.56
