    I am unable to save any received Voice Note on my BBZ30 ....when hit the save button to store in the voice folder , a msg comes up cannot save. Please help !!!!!

    I just tried as I happened to be exchanging Voice Notes in BBM with a friend yesterday.

    In the BBM chat, I long press the purple Voice Note icon in one of his comments to me.
    It gives me 2 options in right side action menu: Save or Reply by Voice Note. I selected Save and just let it it go into my Device/voice folder where it wanted to by default.

    It saved fine. I just played it to double check for you.

    Side note:
    All the Voice Notes that I sent yesterday were already saved there in Device/voice. Didn't know it was doing that.

    Oh I'm on a Z30 STA100-5 with 10.3.1.1151 currently. My friend is also in 10.3.1, so not sure if that's a factor.

    Have you checked your memory available space?

    Is this a Voice note that you received from someone else or one that you recorded yourself? If you received it from someone via email or something else, it may be a file that BB doesn't recognize.

    Yes ..I have heaps of space left including a mini storage card 32G.

    it is from someone else ....used to be able to store them before but recently after I updated a BBM software as prompted by my Blackberry World , I lost this ability to store any Voice Notes.
