    When trying to record a video i get this messages:
    1) Video can't be recorded
    2) Microphone in use, The microphone is in use. Close any application using and try again
    In fact the microphone is not in use but other apps have access like "Parrot" (i'm not sure if this is the conflict) but I can't record a video

    When did this problem start?
    Right after the OTA update?
    Reloading your OS should clear it up.

    Blackberry passport, 10.3.3.1435, and last night but I have reloaded the OS. But it was with an autoloader

    Are you certain it was a regular autoloader and not a developer OS?...
